About The Author

Sharyn Diamond

Sharyn Diamond grew up in Rochester, New York, and now lives in Plano, Texas, with her family. She’s spent years volunteering with groups close to her heart—from the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County and her synagogue Adat Chaverim to Rochester Community Players, Boy & Girl Scouts, and Passing Hats, which knits hats for people facing cancer. After raising four kids (and becoming a Bubbe herself!), Sharyn started writing for children. Her books include “Amy’s Amazing Hats” and “Who Is Your Bubbe, and Where Can She Be?” She’s most inspired by the simple moments that become family lore.

About The Book

Amy's Amazing Hats:

“I wrote “Amy’s Amazing Hats” as a way to teach children the values of being kind and caring to a friend with cancer, bringing awareness to pediatric cancer, sharing the challenges young people have fighting this disease, and the wonderful work the “Passing Hats” organization does. For more information, look up www.passinghats.org and you too may get “hooked” on looming hats! On behalf of children fighting cancer everywhere and Passing Hats, please share this special book with your friends and family.” – Sharyn Diamond Bold Italic Strikethrough Link Heading Quote Code Bullets Numbers Decrease Level Increase Level Attach Files
